Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid welcomed community leaders, artists and experts in coexistence to highlight cultural diversity and peaceful coexistence. The event, organised by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, placed emphasis on dialogue, tolerance and mutual understanding. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers shared different experiences and viewpoints on how mutual knowledge can reduce prejudice.

In the discussion, participants considered themes such as tolerance, social cohesion and the news europawahl prevention of discrimination.
